This was taken on the main canal through the town of Peschiera del Garda in the south east corner of Lake Garda in Italy.
I was sat by the pillar on the bridge over the river with my tripod set up taking a range of photos (I have from golden hour through blue hour to twilight). I was setting up for a longer exposure with my lovely Hoya 10 stop ND when a man and his wife walked past. Paying more attention to them (wanting to make sure they didn’t knock my gear) I managed to have a ‘butterfingers’ moment and dropped the filter…
Bing Bing Plonk.
One ND filter in the river.
Now, Luckily i had only paid a few quid for the thing on ebay anyway. Easy come, Easy go. Time to go shopping for another filter.
